As disciples of the Kingdom of God, we have been brought into the “School of the Spirit,” and the Holy Spirit is our primary teacher. There is the Roman Catholic belief that the priest has the power to “transubstantiate” or transform the wine and bread into the actual physical body and blood of Jesus. The Protestant Church has historically believed that the bread and wine simply represent or symbolize the body and blood of Jesus. In this message, Dr. Morgan explains from a Jewish Roots perspective what Jesus really meant when He commanded us to “Eat His flesh and drink His blood” (John 6:53, 54).
